Power Systems Technology Limited is exclusively owned by Nigerians who have distinguished themselves in their various areas of endeavour.

The management team is headed by Engr. Emmanuel Nwaoshai, the MD/CEO and a Chartered Engineer with more than 14 years diverse experience in Power Systems Engineering and Management. He has undergone many courses in London and Paris where the company's products are manufactured. He possesses a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Mrs. Chinyere Nwaoshai is an Executive Director. She holds a degree in Business Administration with over 10 years secretarial experience. She heads the Personnel and Admin. departments of the company.

Engr. Beverly Mortune is the National Engineering Manager Operations and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. She has attended several courses in Paris and London where Merlin Gerin UPS and Watford Control Stabilizers are manufactured. Her commercial background is a plus for necessary customer-caring relationships with clients.

Mr. Sunny Agu holds an MBA in Marketing and a Diploma in Computer Science with over 15 years experience. He is the head of the commercial/marketing department.
